Below is a list of current organization contacts and their relationship to AASHE. Definitions for each relationship type are below. 

Employee - Any staff person, faculty or other employee at your organization. All non-student persons at your organization who need access to our member only resources should have this role.

Student - Any student at your institution. All students at your institution who need access to our member only resources should have this role.

Primary Contact - The person serving as the voting representative for your organization (e.g., in Board of Directors elections) and managing your organization’s membership in AASHE. There should only be one Primary Contact assigned per organization.

Secondary Contact - The person serving as an alternate contact regarding your organization’s membership in AASHE. They are carbon copied on all communications related to membership.

Billing Contact - The person at your organization who receives and pays invoices.

STARS Billing Contact - The person serving at your organization who receives and pays for STARS subscriptions.
